About Domaine Guillaume Jost - Domaine Des Lilas

Domaine Guillaume Jost and Domaine Des Lilas began as one in 2022, when Guillaume and Roland Jost produced their first vintages from more than fifteen hectares across the hills of Dorlisheim and Mutzig. Roland trained in Champagne in the late 1980s, Guillaume at Rouffach. The program moved to commercial release in summer 2023. The cellar works across six of Alsace's seven varieties, Riesling, Gewürztraminer, Pinot Gris, Muscat, Pinot Blanc, and Sylvaner, crafting more than thirty wines annually. Two of the finest cuvées are selected for bottling each year.
