About

Hermannhof was founded in 1852, when construction of its brewery and winery was completed in the French section of Hermann. Ten stone cellars anchor a building among the hundred earliest structures in town placed on the National Register of Historic Places. The winery operates as a small operation dedicated to quality rather than quantity and has earned the Brown Forman Trophy twice. The program extends to Tin Mill Restaurant in a historic grain processing plant, Tin Mill Brewery for German-style beer and food, Reserve Cellars on the historic Hermann Farm, and a California tasting room called Dierberg and Star Lane. Forty guest suites in an Inn and Suites, Cottages, and Whole House Rentals complete the portfolio.
