Hajszan-Neumann has worked in Grinzing, Vienna's traditional wine district, since 1921. The cellar operates on biodynamic principles, with minimal intervention allowing wines complete freedom in their development. The program spans Gemischter Satz, Grüner Veltliner, Riesling, Zweigelt, Weißburgunder, Muskateller, Cabernet Franc, and Traminer, many released as natural wines. Vineyard-designated bottlings draw from Nussberg, Ried Gollin, Ried Steinberg, and Ried Weisleiten. The house also produces Traubensaft Prickelnd, a non-alcoholic sparkling grape juice from Gemischter Satz. Food is available on-site.
