Hainzl-Jauk works across wine, spirits, and oil in Frauental an der Laßnitz, in Weststeiermark. The portfolio centers on Schilcher, expressed through Schilcher Klassik DAC 2025 and Die Laura 2025, alongside Schilcher-Gelägerbrand and Schilcherlikör. The house has won Landessieger for Edelbrände eight times in a row, and took state champion honors in 2026 for both Schilcher Tresterbrand and Schilcherlikör. Three Goldene Stamperl awards followed that same year, for Kürbiskernlikör, Kirschlikör, and Heidelbeerlikör. Steirisches Kürbiskernöl from own cultivation has earned eighteen consecutive highest-score awards from the Landwirtschaftskammer Steiermark. Schilcherland Genusshof operates continuously.
