Steve, a retired veteran, and Kristin, an attorney, founded Gypsy Blue Vineyards in Hudson, Michigan in 2021. They planted 7,000 grape vines and produce handcrafted wines and crisp hard ciders. Vineyard tours are available. The property has outdoor seating and operates a flower farm.
