About Guido Gualandi
Guido Gualandi established his winery in Montespertoli in 2008, working with Sangiovese, Sangiovese Abrusco, Foglia Tonda, and Pugnitello. The program centers on Chianti Montebetti, both standard and Riserva expressions, alongside Rosato IGT. Manual pressing with a hand press is used in the cellar. Wine is aged in barrique. Beyond wine, the estate produces hand-harvested, cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil stored in terracotta. Registered organic with ICEA certification since 2008. The house runs on solar energy for heating and hot water, photovoltaic panels for electricity, and recycled water throughout.
