Paolo and Davide Gerlotto work from Diano d'Alba in Piemonte, producing Nebbiolo, Barbera, Dolcetto, and Arneis. Their portfolio includes Barolo Sorano D.O.C.G., Barolo del Comune di Serralunga d'Alba D.O.C.G., Nebbiolo d'Alba D.O.C.G., Barbera Superiore d'Alba D.O.C., Dolcetto di Diano D.O.C.G., and Langhe Arneis D.O.C. The Barolo Sorano 2015 is made from michèt and làmpia varieties, aged in large Slavonian oak barrels at 15% alcohol with an ideal storage time of up to 20 years. The Spumante Metodo Classico Nobil 2016 is aged 24 months in steel tanks and bottle. The house also produces hazelnut cream, shelled hazelnuts, roasted hazelnuts, and Nocciociok, which contains 58% T.G.T. hazelnuts. A tasting room is available.
