About Garesio S.s.a
Garesio began in 2010 in Serralunga d'Alba, working roughly 20 hectares across Piemonte's Barolo country. The program centers on Nebbiolo, Barbera, and Dolcetto, with the Nebbiolo grapes certified organic since the winery itself earned organic certification in 2020. Other vineyard work follows certified sustainable integrated production. The cellar ages its top wines in Austrian oak barrels that have spent at least seven years in wood. The house produces three Barolos, including Cerretta, Gianetto, and del Comune di Serralunga d'Alba. A Wine Resort with suites operates on the property, open Monday through Sunday from 10 AM to 5 PM by reservation.
