Grimaldi Luigino & C. produces three Barolo DOCG expressions: Sorano, Bricco Ambrogio, and Bricco San Biagio, alongside Barbaresco DOCG Manzola and Nebbiolo d'Alba DOC Vigna Valmaggiore. The house also makes Grappa di Barolo from Nebbiolo vinaccia, and Barolo Chinato, a Barolo DOCG infused with chinquina, spices and natural aromas. Visitors are welcome Monday to Friday from 9 to 12 and 14 to 18 with advance notice, and Saturday by reservation.
