About Future Perfect Wine
Sunny Doench Stricker shapes the program in Santa Ynez, drawing grapes from Santa Barbara County vineyards managed through sustainable, organic, or biodynamic practices. The portfolio spans Grenache, Sauvignon Blanc, Riesling, Pinot Noir, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Syrah alongside Sparkling Wine made via Méthode Champenoise in Brut Rosé, Blanc de Noirs, and Blanc de Blanc. Wines are hand-harvested and hand-crafted in small lots. The tasting room sits at 2933 San Marcos Avenue, Suite 101, Los Olivos, open daily 11am to 5pm. Wine club members receive allocations in February and September, with 15% off in the 6 Bottle tier and 20% off in the 12 Bottle tier.
