About Dreamcote Wine Co.
Brit and Ryan Zotovich lead the program in Santa Ynez, drawing exclusively from Santa Barbara County vineyards. The portfolio spans Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay, and Gamay, anchored by SYV BDX, a barrel-aged blend of the first three, and Blanc au Blanc, a Chardonnay Pét-Nat. The Gamay arrives via full-carbonic, whole cluster fermentation. A Prickly Pear Cider rounds out the house, heirloom apple cider finished with Pét-Nat bubbles. Taste in Los Olivos Thursday through Monday, 11am to 5pm, or book a private experience on a 42-foot yacht in Santa Barbara Harbor, or at the farm in Ballard. The wine club is customizable, pickup or ship.
