About the winery
Tercero Wines is the brainchild of owner and winemaker Larry Schaffer, who brings a unique and different outlook to the wine world. The winery produces both red and white wines with a philosophy emphasizing zero new oak barrels, extended barrel aging, and 100% stem inclusion in red winemaking. Located in downtown Los Olivos, Tercero Wines welcomes customers regardless of wine knowledge or experience.
