About Eltham Vineyards
Swipers Gully is a training restaurant and coffee shop at Eltham College that operates as part of the VCE VET Hospitality program, allowing students to gain nationally accredited qualifications. The facility features a six-variety vineyard planted in 1992 that produces wines served during restaurant service as part of student training. Open to the public during school terms with scenic views across two hectares of grapevines.
