About Bianchet Winery

Lindsay Corby joined Bianchet in late 2008, the year the winery was founded. His path to winemaking began in high school with fruit wine experiments, formalized through Viticulture and Wine Science studies at Charles Sturt University, and deepened by teaching viticulture and oenology at La Trobe University starting in 2001. In Chirnside Park, the winery operates as Casa Bianchet, a venue that extends beyond wine into Italian cuisine, a cellar door, and wedding spaces.
