Perchtoldsdorf, in the Thermenregion, where Johannes Leeb and Sandra Dorr run the estate. An established Heuriger on Hochstraße anchors the work, alongside a new wine cellar that went into operation in spring 2023. The winery has a large photovoltaic installation. The portfolio moves between single vineyard bottlings and DAC wines from Perchtoldsdorf. Ried Herzogberg 2024, a Rotgipfler, and Ried Sossen 2023, a Weißburgunder, sit alongside Ried Iglsee 2023, a St. Laurent. The Thermenregion DAC line carries the same three varieties forward, Rotgipfler 2025, Weißburgunder 2025, and St. Laurent 2024, each grown in Perchtoldsdorf.
