About Dommaier
Anna and Hermann Dommaier established their winery in 2010 on the southwest slopes of the Schmidatal valley, where limestone-rich soils support their vineyards. The program is white wine only. Grüner Veltliner, Riesling, Müller Thurgau, Weißburgunder, and Gelber Muskateller form the portfolio, all grown under integrated production principles. The farm shop, Genussladen, opens daily from 7 to 20 with self-service sales. Anna also oversees an apricot orchard established in 2015 and offers cooking courses for children and adults.
