Fabianek has been in Roseldorf since 1914, working the Weinviertel with a dual focus. Daniela Fabianek, a wine and cellar master, and Florian Dworzak shape the program together. Dworzak tends the vineyard with sustainability at the center of his practice. The cellar turns out Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon, including the Terroir Merlot Barrique 2015, Cuvée Michell Barrique 2015, and Cabernet Sauvignon Barrique 2013. The red wines have earned recognition from Falstaff. Beyond wine, the house produces a range of fruit brandies, from Kornelkirsche and Speierlingbrand to Williams Christ and Rotweinlikör.
