About Domaine Nicolas Grosbois
Two brothers farm biodynamically in Panzoult, tending vines alongside cattle, pigs, and bees. The work extends across four cuvées, each vinified by parcel. Cuvée Marnay, Cuvée Montet, and Cuvée Roncières anchor the portfolio. A tasting room opened in 2023, now carrying the Cave Touristique label. The space holds a bar, paved terrace, and interior seating where aperitif platters draw from the domaine's vegetable garden and livestock. Visitors can stay for multi-day experiences, participating in seasonal vineyard tasks alongside the brothers.
