About Domaine de Pallus

Domaine de Pallus has worked the same 12 hectares in Chinon since 1889, though the domaine's modern story began in 1969 with its first bottling. Bertrand Sourdais arrived in 2005 and shifted the vineyard to 100% organic farming in 2009. The program centers on Cabernet Franc across a portfolio that includes Le Clos Blanc de Pallus, La Côtaisserie, Suelos, La Croix Boissée, Les Pensées de Pallus, Le Clos de Pallus, and La Rougerie, the latter two debuting in 2015. Food and outdoor seating are available.
