Maison Lavau is a winemaking house in the Rhône Valley established in 1965 by Jean-Guy and Anne-Marie Lavau. The company operates as both a vinificateur (winemaker for partners) and producer, selecting and vinifying wines from the best terroirs of southern Rhône Valley appellations. They work with over 250 winegrowers and own several domains in Rasteau, Valréas, and Côtes du Rhône.
