About Domaine Lamy Pillot
Chassagne-Montrachet, 1973. René and Thérèse Lamy founded the domaine, and it remains a family operation today under Florence Lamy, Sebastien Caillat, Jeanne Pillot, and René Lamy. Twelve hectares of vineyard, worked by hand at harvest. The program centers on Pinot Noir, notably the Saint-Aubin Les Argilliers, a 40-are parcel planted in 1968 and 1972. Twelve months in oak, then a drinking window of five to twelve years.
