About Domaine Louis Carillon
François Carillon founded Domaine Louis Carillon in 2010, though the family has been vignerons in Puligny-Montrachet for five hundred years. Fifteen hectares across Puligny-Montrachet, Chassagne-Montrachet, and Saint-Aubin yield more than fifteen different appellations. The program centers on Chardonnay and Aligoté. The Puligny-Montrachet 1er cru Les Champ-Gain 2018 and Chassagne-Montrachet Premier Cru Les Macherelles 2017 both received Tastevinage awards. The Cuvée des 5 Siècles, a Bourgogne Chardonnay, ages 28 months in oak barrels.
