Domaine Fontaine-Gagnard works 12 hectares across Chassagne-Montrachet, Volnay, and Pommard, producing 22 appellations since 1985. Laurence, Richard, Céline, and Frédéric shape the program, with Céline joining in 2007 and Frédéric in 2018. Indigenous yeast ferments the wines. Oak aging runs 12 to 18 months, with Villages wines seeing 15 to 20% new oak and Premier Crus and Grand Crus receiving 30 to 40%. The domaine does not welcome public visits.
