About
Domaine Lamy-Caillat began in 2008 in Chassagne-Montrachet, working vineyards across Chassagne-Montrachet and Saint-Aubin planted at 10,000 vines per hectare. The program centers on Chardonnay, expressed across seven white wines including Chassagne Montrachet Premier Cru bottlings from La Romanée, Les Champs Gains, Les Caillerets, and La Grande Montagne, alongside Pots Bois, Saint Aubin En l'Ebaupin, and Bourgogne Les Grandes Corvées. Mechanical pressing feeds into minimum two years of aging in a cold, humid cellar. Bottling is by hand, without filtration.
