Domaine Guillon & Fils is a Burgundy winery founded in 1980 by Jean-Michel Guillon with 2 hectares, now spanning nearly 16 hectares. Located in Gevrey-Chambertin, the domaine is now run by his son Alexis, who continues the family expertise with respect for Burgundian terroir. Each wine is aged 100% in new oak barrels, expressing the richness of the Côte de Nuits from appellations including Gevrey-Chambertin and Clos de Vougeot.
