Domaine J-A Ferret has worked the slopes of Fuissé since 1840, tending 20 hectares of organic vineyards across the Mâcon and Pouilly appellations. The house builds its portfolio entirely from Chardonnay. The program ranges from the entry-level Mâcon-Fuissé and Saint-Véran through the Tête de Cru selections, Le Clos, Clos de Jeanne, Clos des Prouges, and Les Perrières, to the Cuvée Hors Classe expressions, Les Ménétrières and Tournant de Pouilly. Pouilly-Fuissé Autour de la Roche anchors the middle of the range.
