About Domaine Trouillet
William represents the fourth generation at Domaine Trouillet, stewarding twenty hectares across six communes in Bourgogne. His great-grandfather Jules Guérin began with four hectares on métayage. His grandfather Jean tended the domaine for forty-five years. The vines, averaging forty to fifty years old, are planted in clay-limestone soils across Solutré-Pouilly, Fuissé, Loché, Vinzelles, Leynes, and Davayé. The program centers on Pouilly-Fuissé, Saint Véran, Pouilly Vinzelles, Pouilly Loché, and Mâcon Solutré. The house received a 1er cru mention for AOP Pouilly-Fuissé.
