About Domaine Cordier
Christophe Cordier tends a family estate across more than 120 plots scattered through nine villages in the Mâconnais, anchored in Fuissé. The work centers on Chardonnay. Since 2018, the vineyard has moved toward organic and biodynamic practice. The entire estate earned organic certification in 2024, with both AB and DEMETER designations following. Hand-picking happens terroir by terroir. In the cellar, indigenous yeasts ferment the wine, which ages on original lees. Bottling is gentle, by gravity, without fining and with minimal filtration.
