About Domaine Franck Millet

Franck and Betty took over the estate in Bué in 1991, establishing Domaine Franck Millet across three appellations. The program centers on Sauvignon Blanc. The Pouilly-Fumé AOP grows on clay-limestone and flint soils in equal measure, vines pruned to Single Guyot at 7,000 plants per hectare, finishing at 12.5% alcohol. L'insolite, a 100% Sauvignon expression, can be cellared for five to eight years.
