About Domaine Fouassier

Ten generations of Fouassiers have shaped this 60-hectare domaine in Sancerre. Biodynamic viticulture, certified by Biodyvin and Demeter, guides the work across the vineyard. The house refuses modern winemaking techniques. Pierre Fouassier studied at Beaune in 1966. Jean-Michel joined in 1971. Benoit began the tenth generation in 2000, followed by Paul in 2001. The portfolio spans 20 cuvées, including Sancerre Blanc, Rouge, and Rosé.
