About Domaine Chotard
Reservations required · Open Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM, closed Saturday and Sunday
Simon Chotard, an oenologist, stewards a family winemaking lineage spanning more than two centuries in Crézancy-en-Sancerre. The vineyard alternates between limestone and clay soils, farmed organically. Grapes are hand-harvested and hand-sorted. The program centers on Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Noir, expressed across Sancerre Blanc, Sancerre Rouge, and Sancerre Rosé. The tasting room opens Monday to Saturday from 2pm to 6pm, with mornings by appointment.
