Sancerre. Manual harvest here calls in roughly 80 people each season. In 2018, the domaine swapped traditional baskets for stackable 12kg crates to limit grape oxidation during picking. Two Coquard hydraulic presses replaced pneumatic equipment in the cellar. Sulfite usage was significantly reduced through harvest and winemaking changes. Open Monday to Saturday, 9am to 6.30pm.
