About

Domaine du Collier is a 7.5-hectare estate in Chacé, Saumur, founded by Antoine Foucault in 1999. The domain features an impressive troglodyte cave overlooking the Brézé hillsides, where Chenin Blanc and Cabernet Franc wines are aged for up to three years in barrel. The wines are known for their minerality and structure derived from the tuffeau terroir, with legendary cuvées from the 'La Charpentrie' vineyard site.
