About the winery
Domaine Boutinot is a Southern Rhône winery established in Cairanne in 2009, focusing on wines of personality and provenance through traditional winemaking practices. The estate comprises eight hillside vineyards planted with classic Southern Rhône varieties including old vine Grenache Noir, Syrah, Mourvèdre, and Carignan Noir, with some vines dating back to 1957. All plots are certified to HVE level 3 and benefit from the region's diverse terroir and the purifying Mistral winds.
