About Dirler - Cade

Bergholtz, Alsace. Jean Dirler founded Vins Dirler in 1871 as a gourmet operation, anchored by the motto 'Vins naturels, Vins fins.' In 1998, Jean married Ludivine, daughter of Léon and Nicole Hell-Cadé. From vintage 2000, the domain took the name Dirler-Cadé and adopted biodynamic culture. The domain has remained 100% organic and biodynamic since, holding Biodyvin certification. The portfolio draws from four grand crus, Kessler, Spiegel, Kitterlé, and Saering.
