Régine and Elise, mother and daughter in their fourth and fifth generations, tend 35 acres divided across 52 parcels between Bergholtz, Orschwihr, Westhalten, and Rouffach. The cellar itself reaches back to 1616. Since converting to organic certification in 2022, the domaine has worked Riesling, Pinot Gris, Gewürztraminer, Pinot Noir, Pinot Blanc, Muscat, and Sylvaner across the vineyard. Thirty percent of the land is given to Pinot Noir, aged in barrel. The program extends to Crémants since 1975 and original blending wines since 2015.
