The vineyard is 90% Chardonnay and 10% Pinot Noir. He produces 12,000 bottles annually, all organic, all from single vintages and never dosed. Aging on lees ranges from 2 to 4 years depending on the cuvée. L'Apôtre comes from a single vineyard. L'Aphrodisiaque blends 80% Chardonnay with 20% Pinot Noir. Martin Léclapart, his son, works the vineyard and cellar alongside him. The house no longer accepts new clients.
