Cool Ridge Vineyard

About

Gerhard and Suzanne Glocker tend nearly 15,000 vines by hand across limestone chalk soil in Hagerstown. Every vine planted, nurtured, and harvested by hand. Gerhard Glocker leads the program, drawing from estate-grown fruit to build a portfolio anchored in white wines. Gruner Veltliner and Riesling sit alongside Chardonnay in both stainless steel and oak expressions. Cool White blends Pinot Gris, Traminette, and Riesling. Viognier ages in Acacia. The 2016 Cool Red marries Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, and Petit Verdot. The tasting room welcomes visitors.
