About

Stuart works with four other family members in an old dairy barn in the coastal hills above Cayucos on a working ranch. Five hundred to eight hundred cases a year, each fermented with wild yeast and aged three to six years in neutral oak before bottling. The tasting room is at 2020 Main Street in Cambria, open Friday through Monday from noon to five. First come, first served. Wine club members receive twenty percent off all purchases, with shipments twice yearly in May and November.
