In this 3-hour experience learn all about chocolate production from our JUSTIN Chocolatiers, while designing and painting your own custom truffles to take home with you. While the finishing touches are being placed on your creations you will experience the perfect pairing with our award-winning JUSTIN wines.

Enjoy an hour-long guided walking tour with The Restaurant at JUSTIN’s expert Farmstead Manager in our edible chef garden. While enjoying a glass of Rosé, you will be introduced to a variety of unique fruits, vegetables, and herbs. Learn how we utilize these ingredients at JUSTIN, discover secrets to gardening, herbal remedies, plants utilized as natural insect repellents, and other insights into growing techniques. Conclude your experience with an opportunity to pick your favorite herb(s) and make a blended tisane (herbal tea), salt, or other garden take-a-way.

In this exclusive experience, which is guided by one of our Senior Wine Educators, we invite you into our cellar for a tour of our wine caves. You will learn about our history and winemaking philosophy while tasting our most celebrated wines. This hour-long experience culminates in a taste of our newest vintage of ISOSCELES, directly from the barrel.
