Seven acres in Carmel Valley, situated on the historic grounds of Rancho Carmelo, California's first Dude Ranch. Carmelo Vineyards was founded in 2000 and came under the Albanese family's stewardship in the early 2000s. The program centers on Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Syrah, and Rosé, with recent releases including the 2023 Chardonnay from Arroyo Seco, 2023 Pinot Noir Estate Grown, 2022 Syrah Estate Grown, and 2023 Rosé Estate Grown. Beyond wine, the house produces estate-grown olive oil cold-pressed from Arbequeeno olives. Wine club membership, structured around two 6-bottle shipments annually in Spring and Fall, requires a one-year commitment. Beginning July 1st 2026, vineyard weddings are now available.
