About Boete Winery
On the eastern edge of Carmel Valley, John Saunders and Jesse Saunders produce a boutique program of estate-grown Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, and Merlot. The 2021 Cheval Rouge Reserve, aged 24 months in barrel and produced in 44 cases, anchors the portfolio. The wine club commits members for two years across four shipments, Spring and Fall, with 10% off bottles and 15% off cases.
