The portfolio centers on Syrah, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Pinot Noir, moving through blends like Cyrano, a Syrah and Merlot pairing, and The BDL, a Bordeaux blend, alongside Wild Card and The Sisters. The tasting room sits at 19 E. Carmel Valley Rd, open weekdays noon to 5pm and weekends 11am to 5pm, with last seating at 4:15pm.
