The 2018 Finger Lakes Dry Riesling carries grapefruit and apple with residual sugar of .002%. The 2019 Valley White blends both whites into something very dry and citrus-driven. Reds arrive unoaked. The 2018 Cabernet Franc is medium-bodied and dry. The 2018 Marquette is full-bodied and dry, with plum and red currant. The cellar also turns to honey wines. Cherry Mead ferments with cherry concentrate at 13.5% alcohol. Quince Lemon Mead uses the winery's own quinces and local wildflower honey. Autumn Wildflower Mead finishes semi-dry.
