About Bourgeois-Diaz

Bourgeois-Diaz, founded in 2014 in Crouttes-sur-Marne, works organically and biodynamically from soils of clay, silt, and chalk. The vineyard has grown without pesticides since 2009. The program produces eight champagnes, most aging in bottle between two and three years, with vintage expressions held for more than five years. A Coteau Champenois red wine, launched in 2018, rounds the portfolio.
