About Olivier Pere et Fils

Olivier Pere et Fils has worked the Vallée de la Marne since 1910, now in its fourth generation. Twenty vineyard parcels on south-facing hillsides above Trélou-sur-Marne rest in clay-limestone soil. The program centers on Pinot Meunier, Chardonnay, and Pinot Noir, fermented in small enameled vats and aged on lees for a minimum of three years, up to ten for the Millésimes. All cuvées rest at least six months after disgorging, without added sulfites. The house produces La Gamine, Tradition Brut and Demi-sec, Grande Réserve Brut, Rosé Brut, Millésime Brut 2017, Cuvée Aparté, and Cuvée Caractère. Fruity and harmonious. Members of the Fédération des Vignerons Indépendants de France.
