About the winery

Cruzat is all about sparkling wines made the traditional way, bottle-fermented in the foothills of Mendoza where they carefully chose high-altitude vineyards with excellent drainage. Founded in 2004 by Chilean entrepreneurs and Argentine winemaker Pedro Rosell, they're genuinely obsessed with quality in every detail of production. Think of it as serious bubbles from a team that won't compromise on excellence.
