About Biondi Outis
Sicily, 1899. The Biondi family has tended these vineyards since the 1600s, their work recognized across Europe with medals from Paris, Lyon, and Milan in the early twentieth century. Today Ciro and Stephanie Biondi oversee the winemaking, drawing Carricante, Cataratto, Nerello Mascalese, and Nerello Cappuccio from the vineyards. The portfolio includes Pianta Etna D.O.C. Bianco, Cisterna Fuori Etna D.O.C. Rosso, Outis Etna D.O.C. Rosso, Outis Etna D.O.C. Bianco, San Nicolò Etna D.O.C. Rosso, and Biondi Centenario Etna D.O.C. Rosso. Visits by appointment only. Two hours, five wines, local olives, sun-dried tomatoes, cheese, salami, bread, and oil.

A tour of the vineyards followed by a tasting of 5 wines including their Crus accompanied by local delicacies such as olives, sun dried tomatoes, local cheeses, salami and freshly baked bread and their olive oil. Approximately 2 hours. By appointment only.
