Patria Wines, founded in 2013 by winemaker Tony Biagi and distributor Kimberly Jones, is located in Napa Valley. Biagi, who studied Fermentation Sciences at UC Davis, has extensive experience in the wine industry, having worked at notable wineries such as Duckhorn and Plumpjack. He is known for his focus on premium vineyard sites and high-quality wine production.
The winery produces a range of wines, primarily Chardonnay and Cabernet Sauvignon, sourced from Napa and Sonoma counties, as well as a 7-acre site in Paso Robles. Patria's Chardonnay, particularly from the Charlie Smith Vineyard, showcases a Burgundian style with bright acidity and layered flavors. The Cabernet Sauvignon from Oakville Ranch is characterized by its savory notes and well-integrated tannins, while the Avoyelles blend pays homage to Biagi's favorite wines and Kimberly's heritage.
