Belvoir occupies the former Odd Fellows Home in Liberty, Missouri, where the cellar holds Norton and Chardonel from local grapes. The portfolio includes The Three Graces Collection of effervescent wines, which honors the founders' granddaughters. Casanova, a blended red, takes its name from the family dog. Plumeria, an aromatic white blend, draws from the winery's favorite tropical flower. The dessert program includes Sorelle Dolci, Lucky Pierre with cherry and red fruit, and Naked Pink, a rosé dessert wine. Boos, a fortified wine, marries Norton with local Missouri brandy. Tasting runs Monday through Friday from 3 to 9 pm, Saturday 11 am to 9 pm, Sunday noon to 6 pm. The spaces accommodate events from 20 to 300 people.
